I-4 Poinciana Parkway Connector
Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study
The Central Florida Expressway Authority, also known as CFX, is scheduled to start a Feasibility Study for the I-4 Poinciana Connector in April 2017. This project will build on the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) previous work and will take approximately 12 months to complete. This study involves the analysis of several roadway concepts, known as alternatives that would provide an enhanced connection between I-4 and the greater Poinciana area. The project is located in Osceola and Polk Counties. The project study area is shown on the project location map below.
This website contains information related to the PD&E Study process, houses project documents and provides for public involvement opportunities and contact information. The website will serve as the central hub for the project. Documents, meeting announcements and other information will be posted as it becomes available. Please check back regularly!

The study is evaluating several alternatives including connections from Interstate 4 to the greater Poinciana area. The project limits for the PD&E study extend from Interstate 4 in Osceola County to the northern end of the Poinciana Parkway in Polk County, Florida.
